Asian Pear Diseases

I have never had any issues with Asian Pears until now. It appears that there was damage during fruit set –
The calyx under the frass is forming a dried circle. The only disease I have found that is related is Blossom Blast, a bacterial disease caused by frost during bloom.

Anyone seen this? I’m afraid it is going to infect the fruit and we’re going to lose the crop. I have some photos but can’t figure out how to attach them.

    Thanks for any thoughts.
